The best DFS stacks for Sunday’s LoL LCS event

Share

We have a four-game League of Legends Championship Series slate for Sunday, July 12 starting a 4 p.m. ET. Before that gets going, I wanted to break down my favorite DFS plays of the slate.

Here are the games on Sunday’s slate:

  • IMT vs. TSM (-190)
  • 100 vs. C9 (-1100)
  • GG vs. TL (-223)
  • CLG vs. EG (-223)

LCS being a best-of-one series, I prefer to play a 4-3 stack in cash and a 4-3/4-2-1 stack in GPP.

Cloud9 Team is undefeated in this series and clearly beats every other team in all the stats. Their kill:death ratio as a team is double the next best team (FQ) in the league.

It’s just hard to fade this team in a best-of-one series. With DK salaries, it’s very difficult to stack four members of this team unless you have other stack from underdogs of other games.

Zven and Nisqy would be the most-owned players at CAPT when stacking C9. I would prefer to have Blaber or Vulcan at CAPT in GPPs to differentiate from other C9 team stacks. Playing three players from C9 and C9TEAM along with other teams’ three-man also has upside if C9 blows opponent out soon.

Tactical would be the best one-off player from all the teams if are you are trying to play 4-2-1 stack.

Other teams stacks I like after C9 (in order) include:

  • TL (Tactical or Jansen at CAPT)
  • EG (Jizuke or Band at CAPT)
  • TSM, IMT (Predicting an upset by IMT here)

I have 50 lineups and I am having C9 stack in all of them either as three- or four-man. Looking at the ownership and exposure the C9 Stack is going to get, I would play one team stack of 100 in case a miracle happens and 100 team wins the game against C9.
