Thomas Nestico (aka TJStats) is a Civil Engineer by trade with a passion for data analytics and machine learning, specifically related to sports. He is a proud Canadian, yet sadly a Toronto Blue Jays fan. Fun fact: the TJ in “TJStats” stands for his first and middle names (Thomas James) – an innocuous combo that turns quirky when you realize that his older brothers named him after Thomas the Tank Engine and his friend James (the red one).
