As either Zac Graham or I will continue to do all throughout the NBA season, I will provide you with my three favorite options on SuperDraft DFS for the slate at hand. In this case, we have a nine-game slate to deal with Friday.
Malcolm Brogdon, PG, Indiana Pacers (@ POR)
Score multiplier: 1.25x
Malcolm Brogdon returned from injury last game against the Knicks and picked up right where he left off, posting 17 points on 6-of-12 shooting with eight rebounds and seven assists in 36 minutes. While the offensive output was rather low relative to his season average (22.3 points per game), the 36 minutes are extremely encouraging.
He now takes on a Portland defense that has bled production to every position, but particularly to scorers (22nd overall) and crafty finishers (26th) per advanced DvP. With his new and improved do-it-all role for the Pacers and the fact that he leads the entire league in touches per game (96.5), getting a 1.25x multiplier on Brogdon feels like a steal on Friday.
Miles Bridges, SF, Charlotte Hornets (@SAC)
Score multiplier: 1.35x
This is a misprice, plain and simple. Miles Bridges has arguably been a top-10 player (statistically) to start the season and he’s currently priced alongside Jaren Jackson, Richaun Holmes and Terry Rozier.
On the season, he’s averaging 24.1 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.8 steals/blocks in 35.4 minutes per game, ranking with the All-Stars in terms of production. Getting a matchup against Sacramento will only cater to this production, as both teams are top-six in pace on the season, a recipe for extra possessions and production for Bridges.

Cade Cunningham, PG/SF, Detroit Pistons (vs. BKN)
Score multiplier: 1.5x
Cade Cunningham has gotten off to an extremely shaky start from the field over the course of this first three NBA games, going 1-of-21 (4.8%) from deep and 7-39 overall (17.9%), but the underlying metrics showcase his massive involvement in this offense. He leads the team with a 26.4% usage rate and ranks second with a 19.1% assist rate, indicating that despite the glaring lack of efficiency, the offense is running right through him. He’s also posted some nice numbers on the glass, logging at least seven rebounds in two of his three games this season.
With nearly 40 fantasy points last night and the report surfacing that Cunningham won’t see any limitations on a back-to-back, his 1.5x multiplier comes in as a nice value given the massive ceiling that we clearly have yet to see.
