Seattle Seahawks running back Kenny McIntosh was a non-factor behind Zach Charbonnet in Week 2. While the Seahawks use Charbonnet behind Kenneth Walker III (oblique) when Walker is healthy, Week 2 indicated that Charbonnet will be a true workhorse back when Walker is injured. McIntosh may see a few snaps, but he will not see enough volume to merit a fantasy start.
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenny McIntosh is in line to receive carries behind Zach Charbonnet in Week 2 against the New England Patriots. With Kenneth Walker III (oblique) unlikely to suit up, McIntosh should serve as the No. 2 back. He is unlikely to have a huge role in this game, but he is worth watching in case Walker is forced to miss extended time. For now, he is off the fantasy radar. However, McIntosh is talented enough to make some noise given the opportunity.
Seattle Seahawks second-year running back Kenny McIntosh may have wrapped up the No. 3 running back spot on Saturday. McIntosh drew the start against the Cleveland Browns and finished with one reception for nine yards and one rushing attempt for 56 yards and a touchdown. The Seahawks must have felt like they saw enough from McIntosh because they turned the reins over to undrafted rookie George Holani following McIntosh's touchdown run. McIntosh was a seventh-round pick in 2023. He spent most of the year on injured reserve. McIntosh has been highly efficient this preseason. He has recorded 142 rushing yards and a touchdown on 17 attempts. He should provide the Seahawks with solid depth behind Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet.
