The 26-year-old's solo shot came off Blue Jays starter Jose Berrios in the fifth inning, giving Cleveland a 5-2 lead. Kwan's homer tied his previous career high of six, which he set back in his rookie year in 2022. Overall, Kwan is hitting .390 with 12 doubles, six homers, 45 runs, 22 RBI, and three steals across 195 at-bats for the AL Central-leading Guardians.
