We are back for another exciting weekend of combat sports for UFC 270 in Anaheim. There are a couple spots that I feel good about in the props market but be sure to check out the rest of the FTN crew’s bets FTN Bets Tracker in case we add anything prior to fight night.

As always, I will give the bets that I have placed below based on where I see the most value in the betting odds and how I see each fight matchup playing out. Feel free to hit me up on Twitter or in the MMA betting Discord with any questions that you have leading up until fight night Saturday.

Pete Rodriguez to Win by KO/TKO in Round 1

(+1100, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Rodriguez is just 4-0 professionally with less than five minutes of combined cage time in his professional career. However, one thing is clear: He carries big power in his hands. He has won all four fights by first-round knockout and is now facing a slow starter who is hittable in Jack Della Maddalena. I like taking a small shot at these odds for an outcome that I consider to be very possible.

Deiveson Figueiredo to Win by KO/TKO or Submission

(+260, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Figueiredo is historically one of the best finishers the flyweight division has ever seen. He carries enormous power in his hands and has finished his opponents in 17 of his 20 professional wins. Brandon Moreno is historically very durable, but I find it hard to believe he can withstand another 25 minutes of the type of shots Figueiredo delivered to him when they fought back at UFC 256. Assuming everything is fine with the weight cut, I think Figueiredo hurts him and gets him out of there. For reference, the odds for Figueiredo to finish closed at (-170) in the first fight and (+145) in the second fight. Ignore the noise this week, this is a valuable bet.

Francis Ngannou to Win by KO/TKO in Round 1 or 2

(+200, FanDuel Sportsbook)

You do not need me to tell you that Ngannou is one of the scariest punchers on the UFC roster, perhaps in the world. Of his 16 career wins, 12 of them have come by knockout and all 12 were inside the first two rounds. His opponent, Cyril Gane is likely the toughest test for Ngannou based on his skillset. but we all know it only takes one shot from the champ and I will take my chances with 2:1 odds.
