CF xSG = expected strokes gained for this specific course
xSG = predictive blend of the baseline and course specific estimates
DD = baseline strokes gained: driving distance
DA = baseline strokes gained: driving accuracy
APP = baseline strokes gained: approach
ATG = baseline strokes gained: around the green
PUTT = baseline strokes gained: putting
baselines strokes gained estimates use the most predictive blend of long term and recent form for each metric
