MLB Prop Bet of the Day

Tim Anderson OVER .5 runs versus Kansas City (+100, BetMGM

As steady as rush hour traffic on the Dan Ryan, Anderson applies foot to plate. The instigator atop Chicago’s combative offense, he’s racked a run in seven straight contests. His plate discipline, gap power and all-around in-the-box polish explain why he’s batted a sparkling .316 while slashing a respectable .345 OBP. His history against Mike Minor isn’t spectacular, but size, when it comes to samples, it does indeed matter. In seven at-bats against the hurler, he’s slapped two hits. The shortstop has, however, booked a .333 BA versus southpaws this season. Minor, who kindly places grapefruits on a tee, has surrendered a 5.75 ERA and a generous 76.7 contact percentage. Identical to the last time he faced Minor May 9, Anderson puts one on the board.
