PrizePicks for January 25

Happy Monday and welcome back to the PrizePicks breakdown, my first breakdown since PrizePicks installed a new “single stat” format. Put simply, you now have the ability to select the over/under on single stat categories, such as assists, rebounds or points.

Speaking of “PrizePicks” in general, it is a creative new way to parlay picks based on expected fantasy point production.

The format is simple. You pick two, three, or four players and predict whether or not they will go over or under their projected fantasy point total.

When parlaying the players, the larger your parlay, the better the payout:

  • Two-pick entry pays 3x (max entry: $400)

  • Three-pick entry pays 5x (max entry: $200)

  • Four-pick entry pays 10x (max entry: $100)

As a bonus offer, there is a “flex play” option if you choose to run a 4-man parlay. This will provide some security, as you can earn 1.5x your buy-in if three of your four picks hit.

With the first NBA game starting at 12:00 PM EST, I will only include PrizePicks from the later games, to allow for more time to shuffle through picks.

An important note – these lines can shift over the course of the day leading up until lock. The lines that I am quoting are at the time of writing (Monday morning). I will be in the PrizePicks discord channel (which is FREE!) up until lock to help out with how to adjust to the changing projections.
