What is JockMKT?
JockMKT is a fantastic new fantasy football platform that combines the financial market and sports. Bidding on a player as an IPO and getting paid out where they finish on the day. Example: “If fifth place overall is worth $20, and Tom Brady finishes with the fifth-most points, then every user holding Tom Brady receives $20 per share.” It is a fun way to try and buy low on top targets that week who have big time upside and can pay off their IPO price.
How does bidding work?
Bidding is very similar to Ebay. You enter a max bid and JockMKT will only use your max bid on players if needed. If no one competes you will get the player at their initial offering.

Three Players to Bid on in Saturday of Wild Card Weekend
Damien Harris, RB, New England Patriots
Bid until top 10
This is only a two-game slate, so we are searching for upside with anyone outside of the top 10, and Damien Harris give us exactly that. This is going to be a cold weather game between two teams facing off for the third time this season. Harris has over 200 yards and four touchdowns against the Bills this season and with a rookie QB against the best pass defense in football, I don’t expect the Patriots to shy away from him in this game.
Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, New England Patriots
Bid until top 20
Rhamondre Stevenson will get a nice workload despite Harris being a full go in this one. Last game against the Bills he saw 24 carries and 78 yards. This is searching at the bottom of the barrel, but he has a legit shot to score a touchdown, which will more than pay off his price tag.
Gabriel Davis, WR, Buffalo Bills
Bid until top 25
Even with Emmanuel Sanders returning, it is hard for me to ignore the touchdown equity Gabriel Davis has in this offense. The Patriots run a man-heavy approach, which plays into Davis’ strength. Davis leads the Bills with 2.11 yards per route run against man coverage this season.
