Jeff Ratcliffe’s 2025 NFL Mock Draft — 3.0
1. Tennessee Titans – Cam Ward, QB, Miami (FL)

Ward is the overwhelming betting favorite to go No. 1 overall, listed at -20000 on FanDuel. Tennessee’s quarterback room remains unsettled, and Ward’s athleticism and arm talent align with a full rebuild under a new coaching regime.
2. Cleveland Browns – Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado
Hunter is the betting favorite to go second overall with odds currently sitting at -250. Hunter’s elite athleticism and versatility are extremely appealing, but we still don’t know how he’ll be used at the pro level.
3. New York Giants – Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
Carter is now -180 to go third overall. He appears to be NY bound. Pairing Brian Burns up with a freakish athlete would make the Giants pass rush downright scary.
4. New England Patriots – Will Campbell, OT, LSU
Campbell has a draft position over/under line of 9.5, but he’s -300 to the under. He is also the favorite to go No. 4 overall at +135. He brings power, poise, and Day 1 starter ability to a unit in transition.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars – Mason Graham, DI, Michigan
Graham is the betting favorite to be the first defensive lineman selected excluding Abdul Carter at -700 and has a prop line of 5.5 (Under -130). He is also -155 to be selected with the No. 5 overall pick. He fits perfectly in a Jags defense needing more disruption up the middle.
6. Las Vegas Raiders – Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

The Raiders are the current favorite in the Jeanty running back sweepstakes with their odds sitting at -125. This pick also corresponds to his over/under line of 9.5 with the under sitting at -225. He brings dual-threat ability to a backfield looking for its next lead option.
7. New York Jets – Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
Warren is the favorite to be the first tight end drafted at -750. His over/under line is 10.5 with the under sitting at a hefty -210. The Jets are favored to go offensive line (-105) with their first pick, but tight end is the second option at +310.
8. Carolina Panthers – Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
Walker is the heavy favorite to be the first linebacker drafted (-800) and has a draft position prop of 8.5 (Under -125). Carolina needs a defensive leader in the front seven, and Walker fits their fast, physical profile.
9. New Orleans Saints – Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

Are we finally getting some clarity on Sanders’ landing spot? The Saints have emerged as the favorite to select him at +270. Sanders’ pick line is 3.5, but he’s currently -600 to go over. With Derek Carr in the final guaranteed year of his contract, this pick makes a lot of sense.
10. Chicago Bears – Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
Membou has a draft position prop of 6.5, but the over is -240. The Bears are favored to go running back, but OLine is the third selection on the board for Chicago (+450). He brings versatility and polish to a line now tasked with protecting franchise quarterback Caleb Williams.
11. San Francisco 49ers – Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Johnson has a draft line of 11.5 with the under slightly juiced to +130. However, San Francisco’s secondary needs a boost, and they’re currently +280 to go corner with this pick.
12. Dallas Cowboys – Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

McMillan is -250 to be the first wide receiver drafted (not including Travis Hunter). He’s also currently -140 to go under pick 17.5. Dallas needs another playmaker opposite CeeDee Lamb.
13. Miami Dolphins – Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas
Banks has an under 18.5 line (Under -150), and OL is the Dolphins’ shortest positional prop for their first pick (+110). The Dolphins have big shoes to fill along the offensive line with Terron Armstead now retired.
14. Indianapolis Colts – Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

Loveland has a draft position prop of 18.5 (Under -130) and is TE2 in most sportsbooks. The Colts are also heavily favored to go tight end at +105.
15. Arizona Cardinals – Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
Barron’s over/under is set at 18.5 (Under -130). The Cardinals are favored to select defensive line/edge with this pick (-210) but corner isn’t far behind at +360. Arizona needs foundational pieces across the board and gets a quick-trigger DB with inside/outside versatility.
16. Atlanta Falcons – Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
Campbell has a draft line of 15.5 (Over -190) and is the second LB on most boards. Atlanta adds range, toughness, and youth in the middle.
17. Cincinnati Bengals – Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
Green’s draft position line is 17.5 (Under -160). Cincinnati is -140 to draft a defensive lineman or edge with their first pick.
18. Seattle Seahawks – Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
Golden figures to be the second wide drafted after he ran a sub-4.3 at the combine. He’s -130 to go over pick 17.5. With DK Metcalf traded, the Seahawks could use a field stretcher like Golden.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Tyleik Williams, DI, Ohio State
Williams fills a top need for Tampa Bay. The Bucs are heavily favored (+135) to go defensive line/edge with their first pick.
20. Denver Broncos – Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

Hampton has a draft prop of 19.5 (-115 on both sides). The Broncos are +190 to draft a running back with their first pick, which is the shortest odds among all positions for Denver. With Javonte Williams now in Dallas, Hampton could step into a featured role from the jump.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers – Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss

Dart has a draft prop line of 21.5. While he is +105 to go under, there are very few viable landing spots after this pick (barring any trades). The Steelers are in need of a long-term solution at the position and are +340 to draft a quarterback first. That’s the second favorite with defensive line/edge as the only position with shorter odds (+220)
22. Los Angeles Chargers – Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
The Chargers are favored to go defensive line/edge in this spot at +130. The extremely athletic Stewart will help the Chargers after they parted ways with Joey Bosa earlier this year.
23. Green Bay Packers – Kenneth Grant, DI, Michigan
Defensive line/edge is +180 to be the Packers’ first pick. Grant offers explosive power up front and can give Green Bay high end depth along their interior.
24. Minnesota Vikings – Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina
Emmanwori is climbing up boards and the Vikings are +300 to take a safety first. He’s a physical tone-setter who fits Brian Flores’ aggressive scheme.
25. Houston Texans – Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
OL is -230 to be the Texans’ first pick. Simmons is a top-30 prospect with athletic upside to protect Stroud.
26. Los Angeles Rams – Grey Zabel, OG, North Dakota State
Offensive line is the favorite to be the Rams’ first pick at +210. Zabel is a fast riser who would give the Rams the versatility to play across the offensive line.
27. Baltimore Ravens – Derrick Harmon, DI, Oregon
The Ravens are favored to go defensive line/edge (+115). Harmon provides stout run defense and can push the pocket.
28. Detroit Lions – Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College
The Lions are -175 to draft defensive line/edge with their first pick. Ezeiruaku has been mocked in the top 32 and brings much-needed juice to the opposite side of Aidan Hutchinson.
29. Washington Commanders – James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
Like the Lions, Washington is favored to go defensive line/edge first (+170). Pearce offers an explosive presence along the edge.
30. Buffalo Bills – Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

Egbuka has a draft line of 28.5 (-115 on both sides). The Bills signed Josh Palmer in free agency, but wide receiver remains a slight weak spot. However, it should be noted this is a slightly longshot pick at 13-1 odds.
31. Kansas City Chiefs – Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon
The Chiefs are +105 to go offensive line first. Conerly has LT potential and fits Andy Reid’s developmental track record.
32. Philadelphia Eagles – Walter Nolen, DI, Ole Miss
Philly is +105 to take a defensive lineman or EDGE with their first pick. Nolen slides into a deep rotation and could be the next breakout star in the trenches.
