The NFL playoffs are here! I absolutely love playoff NFL DFS. You’ll obviously get more rostership and there’s fewer low-rostered players who are actually good plays, but there are lots of ways to get unique and creative with your lineups.
What happens in the playoffs is the public gets forced into some mediocre chalk by necessity. During weekly main slates, the mega chalk is generally pretty good. That’s not always the case in the playoffs, especially when you factor in roster construction.
Out of my five million-dollar wins, two have occurred in the playoffs, and I’ve also had some playoff wins salvage mediocre to bad regular seasons. We’ll see if that happens again this year.
I’m going to go through the three main slates (Saturday two-game, Sunday three-game, Monday Showdown) and list through my main thoughts and strategies for each.
TwoGun’s 10 Under 10% for DFS in the Wild Card Round
Saturday
George Pickens, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers will almost certainly have to throw to try to keep up with the Ravens, and this hopefully is a bounceback spot for Pickens. I can see his rostership being low due his price and recent performance, so one of my main focuses on this slate is getting leverage on him versus the field.
