NHL Best Bets for Tuesday (11/19)

Who’s ready for some old school football? The Pittsburgh Steelers go to Cleveland to face the Browns Thursday night to start off Week 12 of the NFL season. There should be snow on the ground already, snow falling from the sky and winds at 15-plus miles per hour. There will almost assuredly be a lot of cutaways to highlights from other snow games, Vince Lombardi standing in the cold, and any other references the production team can think of to remind us of how bad the weather is.
On the field, things will be tough for the defense on a slippery field and also difficult for quarterbacks to throw the ball deep down the field. Both teams should be prepared for what I expect to be a run heavy and short-passing heavy game.
With all that in mind, here’s who I’m betting to score the first touchdown.
