Tyler O’Neill Over 1.5 Hits, Runs, RBI
(+100, BetMGM)
Yusei Kikuchi is set to make his fourth start for Houston Monday as the Astros host the Boston Red Sox. Kikuchi has issued six walks and has coughed up two homers in his 16.2 innings, but he’s only allowed five runs. He’s been all right, despite the walks. He’s also faced the Tampa Bay Rays twice.
The Red Sox tend to struggle more against lefties than righties, but Tyler O’Neill has had his way with southpaw pitchers. O’Neill checks in with eight doubles and 13 home runs against LHP this season. He’s slashing .311/.424/.650 with a 1.074 OPS, .340 ISO, .441 wOBA and 185 wRC+ against lefties. That compared to a .246/.316/.478 slash line with a .793 OPS and .340 wOBA vs RHP. The Red Sox outfielder is also hitting .310 on the road compared to .225 at home.
Sixteen of the 19 home runs Kikuchi has given up have been to right-handed batters. They also have 19 of the 22 doubles he’s allowed.
