Cam Little DVOA, Advanced Stats, & Fantasy Rankings

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little should have at least a decent outing in the final week of the season against the Indianapolis Colts. The rookie kicker has had a solid season overall and will look to finish his first season strong. Along with many other players on the team, this game is more about auditioning for next season for Little. After a big offensive outburst for the New York Giants last week against the Colts, the Jaguars offense could be in for a similar outing in what is a similarly built offense currently. That could mean plenty of kicking opportunities for Little, who has proven he has the leg and accuracy to be a solid kicker long-term and in fantasy. Little has surprising upside compared to previous weeks in Week 18.

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little should not be heavily considered by managers in fantasy championships in Week 17 against the Tennessee Titans. The rookie kicker has had a solid season, but his fantasy output has been greatly limited by the Jaguars offense. When the Jaguars faced the Titans back in Week 14, they only scored 10 points, leading to a middling fantasy output for Little. He just lacks the proper upside fantasy managers should be looking for in a kicker. He has only hit double digits in three weeks, which came in Weeks 4, 5, and 15. While fantasy kickers are generally not taken seriously, every player matters when trying to win a fantasy championship. Given the inconsistent offense with Mac Jones under center and a tough defensive divisional matchup, there are many better options than Little in Week 17.

Against kickers in fantasy, the Raiders have been the worst this season, making Little an interesting streaming option. Mac Jones and the Jaguars offense is difficult to trust in the fantasy playoffs, but the Raiders are good enough of a matchup to make Little worth consideration. The rookie kicker has been accurate and able to hit long kicks, so fantasy managers can feel good about him as a kicker. However, in a game where the Jaguars may be playing for a better draft pick, it is hard to predict how the offense will do. A great matchup with the Raiders puts Little on the table as a potential option for fantasy managers in need of a kicker in Week 16.

The rookie kicker has had a good season and looks like he will stick around for the foreseeable future, but given all of the offensive injuries in Jacksonville, it is hard to see the upside from a fantasy perspective. Mac Jones as the starting quarterback has not thrown a passing a touchdown and has turned the ball over too often, meaning very few kick attempts for Little. The Jets are good enough of a defense to keep the offense at bay despite their record, similar to the Tennessee Titans last week who held them to just 10 points, all of which came in the fourth quarter. There are kickers likely available in free agency on much better offenses, making Little not a great starting option in Week 15.

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little is a below-average kicking option in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans. Little has been accurate at least this season, hitting all of his extra points and 17 of 19 field goals. His longest field goal made this season is 59 yards, so he has the leg to put up fantasy points as well. However, the already lackluster Jaguars offense now has Mac Jones under center instead of Trevor Lawrence, meaning Little could have even fewer field goal attempts this week. Last week against the Houston Texans, Little put up six fantasy points, and in Weeks 10 and 11, Jones's other two starts, he put up a combined nine fantasy points. The rookie kicker could have a decent fantasy day, but given the circumstances, there are much better options out there to start in an important Week 14 for most fantasy managers.
