Los Angeles Clippers forward Paul George (knee) will play on Saturday against Chicago. The veteran logged 36 minutes on Tuesday versus Milwaukee. However, he dealt with some knee soreness, although the few days off were enough to get him healthy. Of course, George is a must-start in all fantasy formats. But the Clippers play again on Sunday in a rematch with the Bucks, meaning head coach Ty Lue could play his starters fewer minutes than usual if Los Angeles builds a significant lead over the 31-32 Bulls.
Los Angeles Clippers forward Paul George (knee) is questionable for Saturday's tilt against the Chicago Bulls with left knee soreness. The Clippers could be entirely depleted, as James Harden (shoulder) and Kahwi Leonard (groin) are also questionable. George may miss his sixth game of the season. The 33-year-old has been having a good year, with an average of 22.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game in the 56 contests he has played.
Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey (concussion) remains on the sidelines for the team's game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday, but there was a promising sign as he was seen getting shots up after shootaround was over. The up-and-coming combo guard has missed the team's last two games after experiencing concussion-like symptoms following their contest against the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday. The fact that he's getting some sort of on-court work shows that he's getting closer to a return. Fantasy managers will want to stay tuned for an official report ahead of their next game which is Sunday against the New York Knicks.
Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey (concussion) won't play in Friday's tilt versus the New Orleans Pelicans, but guard Kyle Lowry (rest) will be available. After taking a hit to the head in Sunday's win over the Dallas Mavericks, Maxey remains in concussion protocol and will miss a third consecutive game. The All-Star guard's next chance to suit up arrives in Sunday's contest against the New York Knicks. Lowry is off the injury report after resting Wednesday, however, and his fantasy value is closely associated to Maxey's availability. Cameron Payne gave Philly some decent run in Wednesday's spot start in the loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, scoring 16 points with four assists, two threes, and one steal in 28 minutes, but he'll presumably head back to the second unit with Lowry back against the Pels. Lowry is averaging 12.7 points, 7.3 dimes, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.7 treys over his past three starts for the Sixers.
Philadelphia 76ers guard Kyle Lowry (rest) will be unavailable for Wednesday's tilt against the Memphis Grizzlies. After falling to the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday, the Sixers are resting Lowry on the second part of their back-to-back. The veteran floor general should be good to go for Friday's action against the New Orleans Pelicans. In the meantime, Philly is down to Cameron Payne at point guard with All-Star Tyrese Maxey (concussion) also sidelined on Wednesday, with Tobias Harris likely being tasked to handle additional ball-handling duties against an injury-ravaged Memphis club.
