Phoenix Suns guard/forward Eric Gordon (knee) will return from a two-game absence on Friday versus Charlotte. The veteran sniper has recovered from a left knee contusion. Gordon's addition boosts the quality of Phoenix's second unit, which remains without Josh Okogie (abdomen). The 2017 NBA Sixth Man of the Year has been in a shooting slump lately, but a meeting with a team that gives up 117.0 points per game and allows the opposition to make 13.4 threes a night will put Gordon in a good spot for a bounce-back performance.
Phoenix Suns guard/forward Eric Gordon (knee) has been ruled out for Thursday's big matchup against Boston. The team downgraded the veteran sniper from questionable to out. Gordon will be out of the lineup for a second consecutive game. His absence opens up extra minutes for Grayson Allen and Royce O'Neale. Both players can provide plenty of value for fantasy managers, although the latter has struggled in recent games, including against Boston last Saturday.
Phoenix Suns guard Eric Gordon (knee) has popped up on the injury report ahead of their Thursday night game against the Boston Celtics. He's been listed as questionable, so he's in danger of missing his second consecutive game. The veteran combo guard has been a quality fantasy option whenever one of the "big three" is missing. Devin Booker isn't on the report anymore though, so Gordon's value might not be at the highest it could be if he does play. If he's sidelined, however, Grayson Allen and Royce O'Neale will step up as the most important role players. Both of them have fantasy relevance, especially in deeper leagues.
Los Angeles Clippers forward Paul George (knee) will play against Minnesota on Tuesday. He last played in Saturday's game against Chicago. The 33-year-old logged 40 minutes in that one, finishing with a team-high 22 points, nine assists, three blocks, and two steals. However, he sat out the following afternoon versus Milwaukee. George will be joined on the court by Kawhi Leonard (groin), who also missed Sunday's contest.
Los Angeles Clippers forward Paul George (knee) is questionable for Tuesday's matchup with Minnesota. He carried the same injury designation heading into Saturday's game against Chicago. Yet, the 33-year-old ended up logging 40 minutes in that one, finishing with a team-high 22 points with nine assists, three blocks, and two steals. However, he sat out the following afternoon versus Milwaukee, so his current issue may be a bigger problem than initially believed. Nevertheless, if George misses a second consecutive game, Amir Coffey, who had a double-double on Sunday, would see plenty of attention from DFS managers, especially if Kawhi Leonard (groin) is also ruled out.
