Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (knee) will sit out a second consecutive game on Tuesday versus Portland. He sustained a hyperextended left knee on Friday against New Orleans and hasn't been able to remain in the lineup, despite being initially listed as questionable for Monday's matchup against Sacramento. The Heat backcourt has taken quite a few injury hits lately, resulting in Delon Wright getting a chance in the starting unit. He played well against the Kings, although the return of Terry Rozier (knee) is set to push him back to the bench on Tuesday, and it's unlikely Wright can match his output from Monday.
Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier (knee) will not suit up in Monday's game against the Sacramento Kings. Miami initially upgraded Rozier to questionable, but the 29-year-old combo guard will miss his fourth consecutive outing with a sprained right knee. Rozier looks to rejoin the lineup on Tuesday versus the Portland Trail Blazers. Since Tyler Herro (knee) will also be unavailable on Monday, the Heat are likely left with Delon Wright to start at point guard.
Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (knee) won't play in Monday's game against the Sacramento Kings. A hyperextended left knee sustained during Friday's win over the New Orleans Pelicans will cost Herro at least one game, with the 24-year-old's next chance to return arriving on Tuesday versus the Portland Trail Blazers. With Terry Rozier (knee) and Josh Richardson (shoulder) also sidelined, the Heat appear to be down to Delon Wright as their starting point guard Monday.
Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (knee) is back on the injury report with a hyperextended knee and has been listed as questionable for their Monday night game. He suffered the hyperextension in their game on Friday against the New Orleans Pelicans but he was still able to post 15 points, six rebounds, three assists, one block, and one turnover across 30 minutes on the floor. Since he missed a large chunk of time in November and December, Herro has only missed two games and has quietly been producing a season similar to the one where he won Sixth Man of the Year. If he's unable to play on Monday, and Terry Rozier (knee) also can't suit up, Duncan Robinson and Jaime Jaquez Jr. should both see more playing time.
Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier (knee) may return on Monday for the team's game against the Sacramento Kings. He's missed each of the last three games due to a knee sprain but has opened up the injury report with a questionable status instead of getting ruled out ahead of time. As he's trending in the right direction, fantasy managers will want to check back for updates a couple of hours before tipoff to see if he does get upgraded to active. Since getting traded to Miami, he's only had to miss three games so far and has posted averages of 12.6 points, 5.6 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 1.1 made threes, and 1.1 turnovers per game. He's struggled to shoot the ball so far in his Heat tenure, but he should grow better as he gets used to his new role.
