He was uncertain to play entering the contest after being hospitalized following the Week 2 meeting with the Cowboys with a chest injury. Fox's Jay Glazer shed more light on the issue, with the NFL insider reporting the 34-year-old has a bruised lung. Considering the delicate nature of this type of injury, it may take Hill a little longer to heal. With that in mind, fantasy managers will await an update ahead of the Saints' Week 4 game versus the Atlanta Falcons. In the meantime, Juwan Johnson could see a few more targets behind Foster Moreau. However, Johnson has limited value in multi-tight end setups.

The 34-year-old is one of the most versatile players in all of football, but he has only eight carries for 53 yards and has caught two of his three targets for two yards in two blowout victories for the Saints so far in 2024, so it's hard to really rely on him in fantasy as anything more than a boom/bust TE2 on a weekly basis. With Hill sidelined against Philly, expect more targets for Juwan Johnson.

The Saints are surprisingly the highest-scoring offense in the league after two weeks, but it's discouraging that Hill has only eight carries for 53 yards while catching two of his three targets for just two yards. Hill played 32% of the offensive snaps in Week 1 before playing 47% of the snaps against Dallas. If the 34-year-old is able to play on Sunday, he'll be a boom/bust TE2 in fantasy, and if he's out, it will make Juwan Johnson a more appealing TE2 sleeper pick.
