Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris (illness) is questionable for Saturday's meeting with the Denver Nuggets. The veteran has battled an illness, keeping him off the floor for Thursday's matchup against the Indiana Pacers. As a result, Patrick Beverley entered the starting lineup, although he struggled, finishing with just four points. At any rate, Harris practiced in a limited capacity on Friday, so he's moving in the right direction. But if he misses another game, Beverley should remain in the streaming conversation. At the same time, Kenyon Martin Jr., who amassed 11 points and two steals in 31 minutes versus Indy, will see plenty of attention from DFS participants.
Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris (illness) is currently listed as questionable ahead of Thursday's game against the Indiana Pacers. Normally, players usually play through illnesses, so fantasy managers will have to check back on the status of Harris. If he sits, Kelly Oubre Jr. figures to move into the starting five. Oubre has been a solid option off the bench for the Sixers this season. A move to the starting unit would give him even more streaming appeal for Thursday's slate.
Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris (ankle) isn't listed on the injury report for Wednesday's matchup against the Atlanta Hawks. Harris was experiencing soreness in his left ankle after Friday's game and had to sit out Saturday's home loss to the Utah Jazz, but the rest days in between seem to have been enough to get him back on the floor after a one-game respite. The 31-year-old fantasy stalwart has performed as advertised, hovering around the top-60 range yet again with solid averages of 16.9 points on 51.0% field-goal shooting, 6.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.2 three-pointers. Marcus Morris Sr. should head back to Philly's second unit on Wednesday, and Harris should act as the Sixers' complementary scoring option behind Tyrese Maxey with Joel Embiid (knee) sidelined.
Philadelphia 76ers head coach Nick Nurse said forward Tobias Harris (ankle) and guard De'Anthony Melton (back) practiced on Monday. Robert Covington (illness) and Furkan Korkmaz (illness) were also seen at the session. Harris exited Friday's blowout loss to the New York Knicks early and is nursing soreness in his left ankle after missing Saturday's second half of a back-to-back. The versatile 31-year-old has some extra time to recover with the Sixers off until Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks. Melton, on the other hand, has missed three straight outings due to lumbar spine soreness, so his presence back on the court is certainly encouraging. Kelly Oubre Jr. has averaged 14.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.1 treys, and 1.2 steals in 14 starts for Philly this year and would likely continue to do so if one or both of Harris and Melton remain off the floor on Wednesday.
Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris (ankle) won't play on Saturday versus the Utah Jazz. He suffered a left ankle injury in Friday's loss to the Knicks and finished with a horrendous five points in 24 minutes. There's a chance Harris' absence extends a few more games moving ahead, depending on how severe the ailment is. But with Philly also without De'Anthony Melton (back), Kelly Oubre Jr., and Marcus Morris Sr. could see more work on the scoring end behind Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid.
