Miami Heat guard Duncan Robinson (back) isn't available for Wednesday's game against Cleveland. Robinson left Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia 76ers because of back discomfort. The ailment undoubtedly limited him, considering he scored three points in 24 minutes. It's not known how severe Robinson's injury is. However, his next chance to suit up will be Friday versus the visiting Pelicans. With Tyler Herro (foot) out, Robinson's absence is a massive blow to the starting lineup. Things will get even worse on Wednesday if Jimmy Butler (foot) misses another contest. If that's the case, Caleb Martin and Terry Rozier, combining for 35 shot attempts on Sunday, may continue to see an increase in scoring chances. The same can be said for Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Bam Adebayo.
Miami Heat guard/forward Duncan Robinson (back) didn't return to Monday's loss to the 76ers. Robinson, who recently became the fastest player in NBA history to make 1,000 three-pointers, scored just three points before exiting after 24 minutes because of back discomfort. The 29-year-old has played well this season, averaging a career-high 13.7 points per contest. But Miami has been without Tyler Herro (foot) and Jimmy Butler (foot), so adding Robinson to the injury report isn't an ideal situation. There's a chance Butler will be back on Wednesday versus Cleveland. However, if Robinson or Butler can't suit up, Terry Rozier and Bam Adebayo would likely be the primary scoring options. Guys like Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Caleb Martin could also see more opportunities on the offensive end.
Miami Heat guard Duncan Robinson will remain in the starting five ahead of Thursday's game against the Denver Nuggets. It was initially reported that Delon Wright would move into the starting five on Thursday. The team has decided to make a last second change and will start Robinson instead. Wright figures to absorb the primary backup guard minutes behind Robinson. However, he won't be a great streaming option with Robinson ahead of him during Thursday's contest. Fantasy managers should double check their lineups ahead of tip-off.
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson (shoulder) has been listed on the injury report as available despite his shoulder sprain. The 29-year-old has been a mainstay on the injury report lately, but he has played through any pain as he appeared in the team's last five games which included starting in both games of a back-to-back. Since he's more of a specialist, his fantasy value is truly utilized in deeper leagues. He currently sits inside the top 145 and has been one of the healthier players on the team after missing only five games so far this year. Robinson may get a bit more time in this matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans since Terry Rozier (knee) and Josh Richardson (shoulder) are both out and Tyler Herro (foot) remains questionable.
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson (elbow/shoulder) returned from his concussion last week but has popped up on the injury report again with a left shoulder/elbow sprain. The silver lining is that he was able to play 32 minutes in their last game, so it could be more of a pain tolerance type of issue. Either way, fantasy managers will have to stay tuned until tipoff approaches to get any further updates on his status. If Robinson does suit up, he'll likely get a heavy dose of minutes with Terry Rozier (knee), Jimmy Butler (personal), and Josh Richardson (shoulder) all ruled out. If he can't play though, Haywood Highsmith could be a quality streaming option for a game or two.
