Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton (hand) is listed as doubtful ahead of Wednesday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Ayton is in danger of missing his fourth straight game due to a right hand sprain. Duop Reath has been starting in his place and playing above expectations. He finished with 26 points while knocking down five 3-pointers during their last game. Reath appears to be a strong streaming choice until Ayton can get back on the court.
Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton (hand) won't play on Wednesday against the Timberwolves. The 25-year-old missed the last two games because of a sprained hand. He was listed as questionable on the injury report, so fantasy managers had hoped he'd be back on the floor. However, Ayton will miss another game. In the meantime, Duop Reath, who had 12 points, six boards, and three blocks on Saturday, is worth starting in any fantasy format.
Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton (hand) is questionable for Monday's matchup with the Minnesota Timberwolves. He's missed the last two games because of a sprained hand, an injury he sustained during a recent loss to the Miami Heat. The 25-year-old hasn't been ruled out, so it seems he's improving. However, if Ayton misses another game, Duop Reath, coming off a 12-point, six-rebound, three-block effort on Saturday versus Minnesota, deserves a spot in every fantasy lineup.
Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton (hand) has been ruled out ahead of Saturday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. The big man sat out of Friday's game due to a right hand sprain. His absence allowed Duop Reath to get the starting nod. He did well with 18 points, five rebounds, and one assist in 23 minutes. Jabari Walker also saw more involvement with Ayton on the bench. Walker finished with 19 points, 10 rebounds, and two assists in 22 minutes of action. Both players are worth a look as streaming options with Ayton missing at least one more game.
Portland Trail Blazers guard Deandre Ayton (hand) won't play on Friday versus the Grizzlies. The former Sun injured his hand on Tuesday night against the Miami Heat. X-rays came back clean, although fantasy managers could still be without him for at least a few games. But until Ayton returns, Duop Reath, averaging 12.0 points and 6.5 rebounds in 11 starts this season, is worth streaming, even with Moses Brown (wrist) active.
