The 36-year-old continues to play well despite being in the league since 2007, averaging 27.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks while shooting 42.9% from behind the arc. The Suns are thin as it is, so losing a player of Durant's caliber is not good news for a team aspiring for a championship. While he is sidelined, Devin Booker and Bradley Beal should pick up some of the slack on the scoring end. Tyus Jones, Grayson Allen, and Royce O'Neale could also surpass fantasy expectations at times until Durant returns.

The elbow injury isn't anything new, so most were aware that there was a good chance he'd be out there on Friday night. With Devin Booker (illness) also cleared to suit up, it should mean fewer minutes and scoring opportunities for Royce O'Neale, Grayson Allen, and Tyus Jones.

At the same time, Royce O'Neale, Grayson Allen, and Tyus Jones could exceed expectations if Booker can't get on the floor.

Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (elbow) will play during Wednesday's game against the Miami Heat. As expected, Beal will play through his elbow strain like he did on Monday. He finished with 17 points and five rebounds in 34 minutes of action during that game. That being said, Beal doesn't seem to be impacted by the elbow issue, so fantasy managers can leave him in their fantasy lineups. The expectation is that Beal will see his normal workload during Wednesday's game.
