Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) and center Anthony Davis (knee) are both listed as questionable for Tuesday's tilt against the Toronto Raptors. Tuesday marks the fifth outing of a six-game road trip for the Lakers, with another game on tap in a quick turnaround for Wednesday against the Washington Wizards. James, dealing with an ankle problem, and Davis, managing a knee issue, have been on LA's injury report essentially all season, and one or both could sit out on the front end of the back-to-back against a Raptors group that hasn't won a game since March 3. D'Angelo Russell and Austin Reaves may be in line for expanded workloads if James and/or Davis are out on Tuesday, with Russell averaging 22.4 points, 10.8 assists, 5.5 rebounds, 1.4 steals, and 3.3 treys across 10 games without James this year and signifying an elite fantasy play in these scenarios.
Los Angeles Lakers stars LeBron James (ankle) and Anthony Davis (knee) will play on Sunday against Brooklyn. Both players have been upgraded from questionable to available. The two will be looking to finish off a good month in style. James has posted 24.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 9.4 assists in March, while Davis boasts 11 double-doubles from 12 appearances this month, averaging 22.8 points and 14.5 rebounds with 2.1 blocks and 1.3 steals.
Los Angeles Lakers center Jaxson Hayes (calf) won't be available against the Nets on Sunday. He has been ruled out with a left calf contusion, as the Lakers lose another frontcourt option. Hayes has been a reliable backup to Anthony Davis (knee) and played well in a starting role earlier in the week against Memphis when Davis sat out the second leg of a back-to-back. Davis is once again questionable ahead of Sunday's game. With the Lakers down to bare bones at the center position, Davis could get a massive workload without Hayes if he's deemed available.
Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game in Brooklyn. As usual, the multi-time MVP appears on the injury report because of the left ankle issue he's been battling for months. While there's a chance he might miss this one, the Lakers need a win, meaning he should be on the floor. However, if James isn't out there, D'Angelo Russell, Austin Reaves, and Anthony Davis (knee) should pick up most of the slack on the offensive end.
Los Angeles Lakers forward/center Anthony Davis (knee) is questionable for Sunday's contest in Brooklyn. A.D. isn't a stranger to the league's official injury report. But surprisingly, he hasn't missed much time this season. The Lakers have a slight edge over Golden State for the No. 9 spot in the Western Conference, so Davis could afford a night off. However, If he doesn't suit up, Rui Hachimura and Jaxson Hayes would warrant consideration in any DFS contest.
