Rangers' manager Bruce Bochy told reporters that Jung is having issues throwing the ball right now due to a cut on his finger. That being said, Ezequiel Duran will play third base while Robbie Grossman goes from DH to left field. The expectation is that this is a minor injury and Jung should return to third base in a few days. The 26-year-old has missed a good chunk of the 2024 season but is hitting .255 with four home runs and nine RBI in 26 games thus far.
