With all that in mind, the former Tar Heel makes for a boom-or-bust WR4 option in Week 18 with his big play ability.

He'll look to build on this performance in Week 18 when the Colts face off against the Houston Texans, and fantasy managers can look Downs' way for a boom-or-bust WR3/Flex option.
