Dallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard scored a rushing touchdown in the first week of the playoffs against the Green Bay Packers. Pollard ran the ball 15 times, picking up 56 yards and scoring a touchdown on a one-yard run in the third quarter. He also saw nine targets in the passing game, gaining 29 yards on seven catches. It was a very up-and-down season for Pollard in his first season as the Cowboys lead back, where he was widely drafted as a surefire RB1 but ended up disappearing often even in good matchups. The Dallas backfield will be interesting to follow throughout the offseason.

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph ended the regular season going 3-0 as a starter and will lead the team against the Buffalo Bills in the wild-card round of the playoffs. Sunday's contest is not projected to feature much scoring as gusting winds and snow are expected in Buffalo. Even if Rudolph manages to overcome the harsh weather conditions, he will also need to conquer a stout Bills' pass defense to make an impact for fantasy purposes. Buffalo has surrendered the seventh-fewest yards through the air and the seventh-fewest fantasy points to opposing signal-callers this season. Fantasy managers should make an effort to avoid Rudolph in all formats this weekend.

Dallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard has a good matchup against the Green Bay Packers on Wild Card Weekend. Pollard ended his first regular season as the Cowboys lead back with 1,005 rushing yards and six touchdowns, wrapping up with a 16 fantasy point performance in Week 18, good for an RB12 finish. Pollard had an up-and-down season, finishing as a fantasy RB1 six times, but outside of the top-30 six times as well. In what should be a high-scoring game, Pollard is one of the safer options in the first round of the playoffs.

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said the team is sticking with quarterback Mason Rudolph as their starter for Sunday's wild-card playoff game at the Buffalo Bills. Tomlin said the team is "sticking with the hot hand." Kenny Pickett has recovered from tightrope surgery on his ankle, but Rudolph has earned the starting gig heading into the postseason after leading the Steelers to three straight wins to secure the seventh and final playoff spot in the AFC. While he's been a stabilizing force for the Steelers offense, he hasn't really been great for fantasy purposes, going 53-for-71 for 716 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions in his three starts down the stretch. On the road in likely frigid conditions in a hostile environment in Buffalo this weekend isn't going to make him an attractive DFS play, even at a low cost.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd wrapped up a very mediocre 2023 campaign in the Week 18 regular season finale with a one-catch, four-yard performance in the 31-14 blowout win over a Cleveland Browns team that was resting most of their starters on both sides of the ball. Boyd will head into free agency in March after posting 67 receptions for 667 yards and only two touchdowns on 98 targets over 17 games in 2023. Fantasy managers weren't really expecting Boyd to be all that productive with Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins in front of him on the depth chart. However, Higgins ended up missing five games with various injuries, and Boyd didn't exactly take advantage of more opportunities. It also didn't help that Joe Burrow (wrist) played in just 10 games. The 29-year-old Boyd will have an opportunity to test the open market in March, and he could rebound with a change of scenery after spending his first eight years in Cincinnati.
