Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine had five receptions (six targets) for 50 yards in Sunday's win over the New England Patriots. The 27-year-old also found the end zone in this one, extending his streak to four consecutive games with a touchdown. With DeAndre Hopkins now in Kansas City, there is room for others to step up on the receiving end behind Calvin Ridley. While Westbrook-Ikhine will eventually cool off, fantasy managers can continue to start him in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine could be worth a look as a high-risk flex option in deep three-WR formats in Week 9. Last weekend, the 27-year-old eclipsed double-digit PPR points for the first time this season and found the end zone for the third straight week. This weekend, Westbrook-Ikhine could continue to have a prominent role in the Tennessee passing attack, as wideout Tyler Boyd (shoulder) is listed as questionable. If Boyd cannot suit up, Westbrook-Ikhine would be deployed as the clear No. 2 wide receiver opposite of Calvin Ridley. He could enjoy another productive weekend facing the Patriots, who have allowed the 19th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts this season.
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine caught two passes on four targets or 39 yards and a touchdown in a blowout loss to the Lions on Sunday. With the departure of DeAndre Hopkins, all signs pointed to Tyler Boyd being the WR who would step up vs. Detroit but it was Westbrook-Ikhine who had the much better fantasy day. Boyd still out-targeted the former Indiana star, but the latter caught the only touchdown pass on the day from quarterback Mason Rudolph, a well-run slant from six yards out. Calvin Ridley is still the alpha wideout in this offense by a long shot based on his 39% target share on Sunday, but Westbrook-Ikhine has scored a touchdown in three straight games and continues to be a reliable target for whoever is playing quarterback for the Titans. He will look to continue his scoring streak next week against the Patriots.
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine has only three catches this season. However, two of them resulted in a trip to the end zone. While the 27-year-old has a way to go before earning trust from fantasy managers, the door is open for more involvement after DeAndre Hopkins was traded to the Chiefs. Granted, Tyler Boyd could also significantly benefit from Hopkins' departure. But Westbrook-Ikhine is at least worth adding to fantasy rosters in case he gets more involved moving ahead. For now, fantasy managers would be taking a risk by including him in their starting lineups for Week 8 versus the Lions.
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine caught two of his four targets for 20 yards in Saturday's preseason win over Seattle. While Nick Westbrook-Ikhine didn't get as many looks as some of the other wideouts on the roster, he made the most of his limited targets, pulling in a 15-yard pass from Mason Rudolph near the end of the second quarter. The 27-year-old has had flashes of production in his four seasons with the Titans, totaling 94 receptions for 1,276 yards and 10 touchdowns. However, the Titans have depth at the wide receiver position, meaning Nick Westbrook-Ikhine won't be consistently involved. With that said, he could still have a few decent outings during the 2024-25 campaign. Tennessee will end the preseason with a trip to New Orleans to meet the Saints.
