Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III was the recipient of six targets and four receptions in the team's Week 12 win against the Arizona Cardinals. Walker finished the game with 22 total opportunities for massive volume. His rushing production was poor (2.6 yards per carry) but the passing volume continues to propel Walker to RB2 numbers. The lack of touchdowns in recent weeks is certainly hurting fantasy managers. The Seahawks have scored 20 or less points in five straight games. However, the Seahawks are finally finding success and decent balance offensively. The defense has also stepped things up in recent weeks. If this team can fully put it together on offense, the points, and subsequently the touchdowns for Walker, should begin to flow. Do not be discouraged by Walker's recent production relative to his early season games. Walker is still a quality starter in fantasy and is performing at about the level you drafted him to be.
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III is a high-end RB2 in Week 12. The Seahawks host the Arizona Cardinals who are the No. 25 defense against opposing running backs in fantasy. Walker has been held in check of late in fantasy, but this is a great matchup for him to get things going. His volume continues to be excellent, particularly his passing game usage. It is only a matter of time before Walker begins to hit on big plays once again. As long as the Seahawks keep this game close, Walker has a chance to push for 20 carries. He should see around three targets as well. Additionally, the Seahawks made an effort to be more balanced in Week 11 after having time to evaluate their offense after their Week 10 bye. As a result, the offense was more efficient, and Walker had plenty of touches. Look for the Seahawks to strive for the same balance in Week 12 and for Walker to deliver for fantasy.
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III scored a touchdown in Week 11 for the first time since Week 7. The San Francisco 49ers were able to hold Walker in check on the ground, but his two receptions and his touchdown kept him afloat in fantasy. Walker has now scored at least 13.9 PPR fantasy points in every game but one this season. He has scored seven total touchdowns in seven games played, and he now has a career-high in receptions with a little under half a season to go. While Walker is not delivering the top five weeks he was at the beginning of the season, he has still been a high-end RB2. The Seahawks seem to have found defensive success in Week 11 as they held the 49ers to just 17 points. If that keeps up, then Walker should have plenty of opportunities on the ground and through the air. Look for him to keep up his scoring in a Week 12 clash with the Arizona Cardinals.
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III should be an RB2 in fantasy in Week 11. The Seahawks will travel to San Francisco to play the 49ers who are vulnerable to opposing running backs in fantasy. Prior to the Seahawks' Week 10 bye, Walker had a couple of down games after setting the league on fire for several weeks before that. His rushing numbers over the last couple of games have been poor, but his passing game volume continues to keep him afloat in fantasy. With the Seahawks likely to be trailing for much of this game, Walker should see plenty of targets. Hopefully, he can get off to a solid start on the ground, especially with the Seahawks projected to have offensive tackle Abraham Lucas (knee) back in the lineup. Walker is an automatic start every week and he should deliver solid value once again in Week 11.
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III finally received high-end rushing volume once again in Week 9 when the Seahawks met the Los Angeles Rams. Unfortunately, he was highly inefficient with his volume. Walker only averaged 3.3 yards per carry on 25 carries. However, he did manage to catch all three of his targets for 24 yards. Walker's receiving numbers in 2024 have given him a great base in fantasy football. After being on fire earlier in the season, Walker has faltered in recent weeks. While he is still delivering useable fantasy numbers, he has been nowhere near producing the top five weeks that he was providing fantasy managers earlier in the season. Some of it is not his fault as the Seahawks' offense has been unable to get out of its own way over the past couple of weeks. Turnovers and mental errors have derailed drives and put the Seahawks in unfortunate circumstances. With their bye ahead of them in Week 10, look for this offense to right the ship moving forward.
