Chris Olave Suffers Hamstring Injury During Friday's Practice

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave (hamstring) reportedly suffered a hamstring injury during Friday's practice, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Schefter further noted that the 24-year-old wideout is considered "day-to-day" for the time being. Fantasy managers should pay close attention to the injury report later this afternoon, as it should provide clarity on Olave's status for Sunday's game. Olave has posted back-to-back games of at least 80+ yards and scored his first touchdown of the 2024 season last week against the Philadelphia Eagles. If Olave is able to suit up this weekend, he should be viewed as a high-end WR2.

Alvin Kamara Practices On Friday

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (hip, ribs) was able to get on the practice field for Friday's session. This is good news after Kamara sat out of Wednesday's practice, but has been involved each of the last two days. The fact that Kamara has practiced two days in a row should mean that he'll be fine for the Week 4 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Unless he suffers a setback, Kamara should be a must-start fantasy option for this Week 4 contest. He has 285 rushing yards and four touchdowns through the first three games of the season.

Alvin Kamara Back On The Practice Field

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (hip/ribs) is back at practice on Thursday following a Wednesday absence due to a hip and rib injury. While the veteran could be dealing with a notable injury, the team may be simply being cautious with him since he's the current NFL leader in total touches (71). Hopefully, Kamara does not suffer any setbacks and will be good to go for Sunday's NFC South clash against the Atlanta Falcons. He is currently the No. 2 scorer among running backs in half PPR leagues, so if he's active, he's a must-start in all matchups. If he surprisingly can't play in Week 4, Jamaal Williams would likely see close to a workhorse role and would become a flex consideration.UPDATE: Kamara was officially limited on Thursday.

Taysom Hill Back To Full Practice, Expected To Play In Week 4

New Orleans Saints tight end Taysom Hill (chest) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday, according to John Hendrix of Sports Illustrated. Hill appears to be making significant progress after missing Week 3 due to injury. The veteran playmaker's full participation in practice suggests that he's on track to play against the Atlanta Falcons without any limitations this coming Sunday, barring a setback. Hill didn't deliver enough production to make him a top fantasy option through the first two weeks of the season, but his role as the Saints' Swiss army knife still gives him some fantasy appeal going forward. He should be treated as a mid-range TE2 this week.

Alvin Kamara Does Not Practice On Wednesday

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ribs, hip) did not practice on Wednesday due to hip and rib injuries, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor Kamara's status throughout the week, but this injury does not seem serious after his workload was not limited in any way in Week 3. Last weekend, Kamara carried the ball 26 times and caught three passes. This was the second time this season he ran the ball at least 20 times and saw at least three targets. The star running back will have two more practices during the week to get himself ready to face the Atlanta Falcons. If Kamara sees his full workload on Sunday, he should be viewed as a safe RB1.
