Miami Heat forward Kevin Love (heel) has been given a questionable status for their matchup with the Utah Jazz on Saturday night. The veteran big man is dealing with a heel issue and wasn't able to play in their last game on Thursday. Love hasn't been seeing enough time to garner fantasy interest across most leagues. This year has been his lowest mark for minutes per game at 17.5 and he's been averaging just 9.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game. So, if he's unable to suit up, it shouldn't affect that many players' minutes in this game. Caleb Martin and Jaime Jaquez Jr. could both be solid streaming options if need be though.
Miami Heat forward/center Kevin Love (heel) has been downgraded to out for Thursday's NBA Finals rematch against the Nuggets. The veteran hurt his right heel against Portland on Tuesday. Love initially carried a questionable tag on the injury report but was quickly ruled out for Thursday's action. His absence puts the limelight on Nikola Jovic and Haywood Highsmith, who will have a chance to play bigger roles. Both players have had some standout games in 2023-24 but haven't been consistent enough to be regarded as must-have players for Thursday's slate.
Miami Heat forward Kevin Love (heel) is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday's game against the Denver Nuggets. The veteran forward was forced to exit early during Tuesday's contest due to a right heel issue. Another absence for Love would mean increased playing time for both Haywood Highsmith and Nikola Jovic. They'd likely split up the minutes, so neither of them would have great streaming appeal for Thursday's game.
Miami Heat forward/center Kevin Love (knee) remains out for Wednesday's tilt against the Toronto Raptors. There's not much of a surprise here, as Love did not travel with the Heat for Monday's overtime victory over the Brooklyn Nets due to a left knee contusion. Love, who is the owner of a career-high 57.1% effective field-goal percentage covering his 31 games this season, aims to make his way back into Miami's rotation when they return home for Southeast Division action on Friday versus the Atlanta Hawks. Nikola Jovic is an option to continue starting to round out head coach Erik Spoelstra's starting five on Wednesday, with Caleb Martin and Duncan Robinson handling more playing time at the four with Love unavailable.
Miami Heat forward/center Kevin Love (knee) is out on Monday against the Brooklyn Nets and did not travel with the team ahead of the matchup. After missing Sunday's game as well, it places Love on the wrong side of questionable for Wednesday's contest against the Toronto Raptors due to a left knee contusion. The 35-year-old former All-Star is actually putting together one of his best seasons in terms of efficiency, turning in 10.1 points on 45.2% field-goal shooting, 6.7 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.7 treys per game in 2023-24 during his first full year in South Beach, staying fantasy relevant due to Miami's perpetually banged-up rotation. If Jimmy Butler (toe) doesn't return for the Heat on Monday, more playing time would remain available for Nikola Jovic and Haywood Highsmith in the frontcourt.
