Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Isaac Okoro (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Monday's game against the Detroit Pistons. Okoro will miss his sixth straight game due to his shoulder injury which appears to be more serious than first thought. Since being drafted, Okoro has established himself as one of the better perimeter defenders in the NBA and has taken massive strides in improving his outside shot. He averages 5.8 points on 42.7% shooting from the field and 39.7% from three. His next chance to return to game action will come Wednesday against the Miami Heat. His absence would likely free up additional playing time for Sam Merrill and Georges Niang in the rotation.
Cleveland Cavaliers forward Isaac Okoro (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Saturday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Cavs are likely going to be shorthanded here with Evan Mobley (calf) unavailable as well. That means, Georges Niang, Dean Wade, and Max Strus should all see increased roles in the rotation. None of these players are great fantasy options, but Strus is probably the best streaming choice of the three. He probably offers the most upside as the shooter between the bunch.
According to Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer, Cleveland Cavaliers forwardIsaac Okoro (shoulder) will be sidelined for at least two weeks due to a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder. Okoro posted 12 points, one rebound, one steal and one assist across 20 minutes on Monday versus the Nets before suffering the shoulder injury. While the 23-year-old is out, Dean Wade and Georges Niang will likely see an uptick in minutes on the floor.
Cleveland Cavaliers forward Isaac Okoro (knee) has been listed as questionable for Saturday's matchup against Charlotte. The three-and-d wing hurt his left knee in Thursday's game against Denver and might have to sit out the meeting with the Hornets entirely. If that's the case, Caris LeVert, Georges Niang, and Dean Wade should share Okoro's minutes. LeVert is the best fantasy option of the three. He had his second-best offensive outing on Thursday with 21 points and six assists.
Cleveland Cavaliers forward Isaac Okoro exited Thursday night's game against the Denver Nuggets early with what the team is calling a left knee contusion. Okoro went 1-2 from three and finished with three points before exiting after playing just 12 minutes. Dean Wade started the second half ahead of Okoro and should be expected to get more playing time if Okoro is sidelined for any length of time.
