Jonathan Kuminga Out Again On Friday

Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga (knee) remains out on Friday against the Mavericks. He's battling a knee issue, although it's tough to say when he'll return to the lineup. Andrew Wiggins (ankle) is also sidelined against Dallas, so Moses Moody and Chris Paul could get even more work, giving them both upside for DFS managers. Brandin Podziemski, who has struggled recently, might also be worth adding to all DFS lineups.

Andrew Wiggins Sits Out Friday's Action

Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins (ankle) will come out of the lineup on Friday versus Dallas. He has been downgraded from questionable to out. Wiggins was limited to 23 minutes on Thursday against Houston due to a sore left ankle. Golden State completes a back-to-back, so it makes sense to give Wiggins a bit of rest. Jonathan Kuminga (knee) appears to be trending toward playing on Friday and should pick up most of Wiggins' minutes. The team also hopes to have Gary Payton II (ankle) available, and his presence would also help Golden State to cope with Wiggins' absence.

Gary Payton II May Not Play Friday

Golden State Warriors guard Gary Payton II (ankle) has been listed as questionable on Friday against the Dallas Mavericks due to left ankle soreness. The 31-year-old has enjoyed the healthiest part of his season while missing only two games since the beginning of February. Payton hasn't seen heavy minutes this year, however, so his fantasy value is limited to some defensive stats and lower scoring numbers. If he doesn't play however, that would mean more minutes to go around for Moses Moody and Brandin Podziemski who have served as solid streaming options given the right matchups.

Andrew Wiggins Iffy Against Mavericks

Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins (ankle) received a questionable tag on Friday while he deals with ankle soreness. The veteran wing hasn't enjoyed the same success this year as he has in recent seasons, but he still gets enough playing time to warrant spot starts in various league formats and even some DFS lineups. If he has to miss a game and Jonathan Kuminga (knee) also doesn't play, Trayce Jackson-Davis, Brandin Podziemski, and Moses Moody will all receive big minutes. Even if Kuminga does play while Wiggins is sidelined, all three should still see plenty of opportunities.

Jonathan Kuminga Tagged As Questionable Friday

Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga (knee) has been listed as questionable on Friday due to tendonitis in his knee. The up-and-coming wing has played a big role in the team's success this season and the last time he played was the start of their current six-game win streak. In that game against the Miami Heat, he posted 18 points, seven rebounds, three assists, one block, and one turnover. If he's able to play against the Dallas Mavericks on Friday, he could be a solid DFS option in his usual starting role. Trayce Jackson-Davis would be the one to move back to the bench if Kuminga does play.
