Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic (hip) is listed as probable for Saturday's game versus the Atlanta Hawks. The MVP candidate will likely suit up despite dealing with left hip inflammation. He was also previously battling a wrist injury, but that ailment is no longer listed on the injury report. A healthy Jokic is terrific news for both the Nuggets and fantasy managers as he continues another season of dominance. In his most recent game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday, he recorded a triple-double (36 points, 17 rebounds, and 10 assists).
Denver Nuggets forward/center Zeke Nnaji (thigh) is doubtful for Thursday's matchup against the Clippers. Nnaji has suited up for only two of the last 10 games due to an ongoing issue with tendinitis on his right thigh. Denver only plays Nnaji 9.7 minutes per contest. But his absence opens more bench minutes for players like Peyton Watson, Justin Holiday, DeAndre Jordan, and Julian Strawther. The Nuggets starters will likely play their usual minutes since Nnaji is not a difference-maker in their rotation.
Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon (foot) is expected to play on Thursday versus the Clippers. He remains bothered by a strained right foot. However, it didn't stop him from suiting up for Tuesday's narrow win over the San Antonio Spurs. The 28-year-old looked good in that one, ending the night with 23 points, seven rebounds, and four assists. DFS managers should plan on Gordon being active for Thursday night, barring a setback, and he could continue to produce beyond his usual expectations if Jamal Murray (ankle) is ruled out.
Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic (hip, wrist) is listed as probable for Thursday's matchup with the Clippers. The multi-time MVP has routinely appeared on the injury report over the last few weeks. However, he looks better than ever, considering he amassed 42 points, 16 rebounds, six assists, and two blocks in Tuesday's 110-105 win over the San Antonio Spurs. DFS managers should expect to see him out there versus Los Angeles, and his fantasy outlook could be brighter if Jamal Murray (ankle) misses a seventh consecutive contest.
Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray (ankle) is questionable heading into Tuesday's showdown with the Los Angeles Clippers. He's missed the last six games because of a sprained ankle. However, fantasy managers shouldn't be surprised to see him out again on Tuesday night. Nonetheless, if Murray is ruled out again, Reggie Jackson, averaging 15.8 points and 5.4 assists in 22 starts this season, is worth considering for DFS contests. Of course, Nikola Jokic (wrist, hip), coming off a 42-point, 16-rebound, six-assist showing in Tuesday's win over the Spurs, could continue to be more productive than usual if Murray doesn't suit up.
