Okoro has made back-to-back starts in Donovan Mitchell's (knee) absence. He's done well in all areas and could have a even bigger part to play on Tuesday, as Max Strus (knee) will be out of the lineup and Caris LeVert (elbow) might also miss the action.

Strus has started all 60 games in Cleveland, posting 12.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.8 assists. His fantasy production has been held back by poor shooting in 2023-24, as the three-point sniper is hitting only at a 34 percent clip from downtown. Donovan Mitchell (knee) also remains out on Tuesday, meaning the Cavaliers will be without two of their regular starters. Additionally, Caris LeVert (elbow) and Isaac Okoro (elbow), two players who could massively benefit in the situation, are considered questionable for the matchup.

While many had hoped the injury would only be a short-term issue, Chris Fedor of The Plain Dealer reported Mitchell underwent Platelet Rich Plasma injections, so he'll miss upcoming meetings with Boston, Atlanta, and Minnesota before getting re-evaluated over the weekend. The 27-year-old has had one of the best seasons of his career, averaging 28.0 points, 6.2 assists, and 5.4 rebounds. Fantasy managers should remain optimistic that Mitchell will be back on the floor when the Cavs meet the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday night. Of course, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, and Jarrett Allen should benefit from a production standpoint without Mitchell. But Max Strus, Caris LeVert, and Isaac Okoro should also flourish.
