Keon Coleman A Boom-Or-Bust Option In Round 1

Fantasy managers using Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman this week better hope his receptions are of the downfield variety. He's not catching many passes. The rookie has logged one, one, three, and two receptions in the four weeks since his return from a wrist injury. While one of those catches went for 64 yards and he scored on another, Coleman has been more of a miss than a hit. If he can avoid matchups with star Denver cornerback Pat Surtain II, he may have a downfield look or two. That's about all fantasy managers can hang their hat on if using the second-round pick in fantasy lineups.

Keon Coleman Leads Buffalo In Targets In Season Finale

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman caught two of 10 targets for 31 yards in the team's 23-16 loss to the New England Patriots. He also rushed once for nine yards. Amari Cooper (family matter), Khalil Shakir, and Dalton Kincaid did not play, leaving several opportunities for the rookie. Four of his 10 targets came on consecutive plays on Buffalo's final drive. His targets came from backup quarterbacks Mitchell Trubisky and Mike White. Josh Allen played one snap only to extend his consecutive starts streak. Coleman will be an integral part of the Buffalo offense when the team hosts the Denver Broncos in the Wild Card round.

Keon Coleman A Volatile Play With Bills Resting Starters On Sunday

Buffalo Bills rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman will be an extremely volatile option for fantasy managers on Sunday in the team's Week 18 regular-season finale versus the division-rival New England Patriots. The Bills are already locked into the No. 2 seed in the AFC for the postseason, so their starters might only play one offensive series before calling it a day. That could include Coleman, who has been a big part of Buffalo's passing attack in his first year in the NFL when he's been healthy. Because of the possibility that the 21-year-old wideout barely sees the field this weekend, fantasy managers shouldn't be relying on him this weekend. In his first season in the NFL over 12 games played, Coleman has impressed with 27 catches on 47 targets for 525 yards and four touchdowns, although it's amounted to just 7.5 half-PPR points per game, which puts him as the WR60.
