Assuming he's in Tennessee next year, he'll continue to operate as the clear No. 1 wide receiver -- presumably for quarterback Will Levis.

With $750,000 on the line, he should be expected to play a full complement of snaps and aim for a nuclear performance to close out the 2023 season. The Jacksonville Jaguars have allowed the 11th-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this year, so he'll have that chance. However, his ceiling is lower if Ryan Tannehill starts in place of an injured Will Levis (foot). Consider Hopkins a boom-or-bust option for Sunday's AFC South contest.
