Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft caught three of six targets for nine yards and a touchdown during the team's 21-24 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Starting tight end Luke Musgrave was slightly more productive in the yardage department Saturday night, but Kraft had the score that put the Packers ahead 21-14 in the third quarter. That score ended up being the final one of the night for Green Bay. Kraft did an admirable job filling in for Musgrave over the back half of the regular season and proved that he will still demand some sort of target share when both are healthy. However, unless something were to happen to Musgrave, Kraft would be nothing more than a waiver wire option in daily fantasy formats and a bench stash in dynasty leagues in 2024.
Green Bay Packers rookie tight end Tucker Kraft only managed to catch two of his three targets for 15 yards in the 48-32 surprising wild-card win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Meanwhile, fellow rookie tight end Luke Musgrave was also targeted three times, but he produced much more with three receptions for 52 yards and a touchdown in Green Bay's beatdown of the NFC's No. 2 seed on the road. The 23-year-old made seven straight starts from Weeks 12-18 after Musgrave sustained a lacerated kidney, but Musgrave returned in the Week 18 regular season finale and should only continue to see more of the workload as the Packers head into the Divisional Round on the road in San Francisco to face the top-seeded 49ers. At best, Kraft will be a low-cost dart throw in DFS next weekend.
Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft caught all three of his targets for a gain of 31 yards during the team's 17-9 win over the Chicago Bears. Luke Musgrave made his return this week from a kidney injury, and while his snap share was limited, it was enough to hinder the production of Kraft. The wide receiver corps did the majority of the damage through the air this week, leaving few targets for the rookie. Musgrave will see his role increase as he is further removed from the injury, putting Kraft off the fantasy radar for now. Fantasy managers would be wise to look elsewhere when filling their daily fantasy lineups during Wild Card weekend.
Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft will face off against the Chicago Bears in Week 18. The rookie has been a streaming candidate over the past few weeks in replacement of starter Luke Musgrave (kidney). However, his role as the starter could come to an end as Musgrave was able to draw the questionable tag heading into the weekend. Thankfully for fantasy managers, Musgrave is still on Injured Reserve, meaning the Packers will have to activate him on Saturday if they wish to have him available on Sunday. If activated, Kraft's role will be unclear, making him tough to trust against Chicago. However, if Musgrave misses one more week, Kraft will remain a top-15 option and have fantasy value for the regular season finale.
Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft caught all six of his targets for 48 yards during the team's 33-10 win over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 17. The six receptions were a season-high for the rookie and tied for the team lead on Sunday night. Since Week 13, Kraft has seen six targets in all but one game and remains a staple of the Green Bay passing attack. Luke Musgrave (kidney) has been participating in practice on a limited basis, but there is a good chance he will be limited when he returns due to the nature of his injury. Kraft will be on the streaming radar next week against Chicago if Musgrave misses another week, but he would be a risky option if the former starter makes his return.
