Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has missed time this season due to injury. However, he's been a quality wideout when healthy, as expected, catching 61 passes for 805 yards and three touchdowns in nine appearances. Although a few more end zone trips from the 23-year-old would be nice, fantasy managers are happy as long as he stays on the field. With the Rams currently sitting atop the NFC West, the team needs a win against the Jets in Week 16 to enhance their chances of earning a postseason berth. While the Jets defense can be a problem at times, that shouldn't keep Nacua out of any fantasy lineup on Sunday. Keep him starting.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua brought in seven of his eight targets for 97 yards and paced all Los Angeles pass catchers in their victory over the San Francisco 49ers. Nacua's eight targets were three higher than all other pass catchers and five more than the other Los Angeles wide receivers. The sophomore's longest reception of the evening went for 51 yards. Despite Los Angeles not finding the end zone, their top wideout was able to enjoy another strong fantasy performance. Since returning to action in Week 8, Nacua has averaged an impressive 20.2 PPR points per game. Over his previous six contests, Nacua has caught at least seven passes in all but one game and has found the end zone three times over this span. Fantasy managers should continue to view Nacua as a high-end WR1 heading into a Week 16 matchup against the New York Jets, who have allowed the fewest PPR points to opposing wideouts this season.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has established himself as one of the most elite fantasy receivers in the NFL, and he is a must-start in all formats as he faces the 49ers on Thursday Night Football. Last week against the Bills, he caught 12 of 14 targets for 162 receiving yards and a touchdown while also getting a second touchdown as a rusher and totaling 16 rushing yards on five carries. His five rushes were all plays where he went in motion and then caught a lateral, and it was clear that coach Sean McVay was committed to getting the ball in his playmaker's hands. Nacua has four touchdowns in his last four games and has averaged 12.5 targets and carries in his six complete games this season. The 49ers are a tough matchup for receivers, but Nacua's high volume and touchdown ability keep him an elite play.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua had a monster game against the Bills solid defense on Sunday afternoon, racking up 162 receiving yards and a touchdown on 12 catches while adding a second touchdown on the ground with five carries for 16 rushing yards. He had the best fantasy day of any wide receiver in PPR scoring. Nacua has been excellent all season when healthy and is up to 708 receiving yards with four total touchdowns in just eight games. He has at least 98 receiving yards in four of his last five games and at least nine catches in three of those contests. He missed the Rams' first matchup with the 49ers this year but will go up against his division foe this week on Thursday Night Football. Nacua will remain a locked-in WR1 given his large role and consistent production.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has been excellent when healthy this season, and his Rams are in need of a key victory this week as they host the Bills. Nacua has a very high floor and has been a top 20 WR in every week he played a full game. Last week, he caught five of his team-high eight targets for 56 yards and the game-winning touchdown in the fourth quarter. He has at least eight targets in each of his five games since returning from injury, except for the game in which he was ejected against the Seahawks. He has averaged 7.4 catches for 100.0 yards per game in those five contests. He has become the top red-zone target for Matthew Stafford as well. His matchup against the Bills is a tough one since they have allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to receivers, but his volume should still keep him a strong start in almost all formats. He is RotoBaller's WR6 this week.
