The same can be said for defensive lineman Arik Armstead (knee), who is also recovering from a knee injury this offseason. Davis signed a three-year, $39 million deal with the Jaguars in March after spending the first four years of his career with the Buffalo Bills. The 25-year-old deep threat had at least six touchdowns in all four of his seasons in the league, but he's been extremely inconsistent and finished 2023 with 45 catches for 746 yards in 17 regular-season games. Davis will be locked in as a starter in a very capable Jacksonville offense, but he'll be competing for targets with Christian Kirk, first-rounder Brian Thomas and tight end Evan Engram and will likely continue to be a boom-or-bust fantasy asset at wide receiver.

However, the 24-year-old former fourth-round pick of the Bills in 2020 out of Central Florida is as boom-or-bust as they come for fantasy purposes, and that probably isn't going to change much in his new home. Davis missed both of Buffalo's playoff games and finished the regular season with 45 receptions for 746 yards and a career-high tying seven touchdowns. He has scored at least six TDs in each of his four NFL seasons, but consistency has been an issue and he has a tendency to disappear completely.
