Washington Commanders kicker Austin Seibert (hip) was upgraded to a limited participant during Thursday's practice. This is a great sign for the 27-year-old as he sat out on Wednesday. Fantasy managers should continue his status during Friday's practice as he could be in danger of missing Sunday's game. Since moving to the DMV in Week 2, Seibert has been one of the most productive kickers from a fantasy perspective. During this stretch, he has gone 25-for-27 on attempts and a perfect 22-for-22 on extra points. If Seibert is active on Sunday, fantasy managers should continue to view him as a high-end option given how potent the revamped Washington offense has performed under Kliff Kingsbury.
Washington Commanders kicker Austin Seibert continued his excellent campaign by going 2-for-2 on attempts and a perfect 3-for-3 on extra points in their Week 9 victory over the New York Giants. Seibert's leg was not tested in this one, as his longest field goal came from 31 yards out. The 27-year-old has now made at least two field goals in every game since Week 4 and missed only two attempts in this span, both from 50+ yards out. Fantasy managers should continue to confidently start Seibert weekly, given how impressive the Washington offense has been.
Washington Commanders kicker Austin Seibert has enjoyed an excellent start to his time in Washington and should continue to be viewed as a high-end kicking option in Week 9. Since joining the Commanders in Week 2, Seibert has averaged 12.6 fantasy points per game. During this stretch, Seibert has gone perfect on all attempts from within 49 yards and on extra points. In addition, he has attempted at least two field goals in all but one game this season. Given how potent the Washington offense has looked under Jayden Daniels. Seibert remains a matchup-proof option going forward.
Washington Commanders kicker Austin Seibert had another productive afternoon as he went 4-for-5 on field goals in their victory over the Chicago Bears. His lone miss came off a blocked attempt from 51 yards out. His longest conversion was from 47 yards out. Since joining Washington in Week 2, Seibert has only missed two field goal attempts and has been perfect from within 49 yards. Fantasy managers should continue to view the 27-year-old as a high-end fantasy option, given how impressive the Washington offense has looked. He should remain locked into all starting lineups going forward.
Washington Commanders kicker Austin Seibert remains a high-end kicking option in Week 8 when he faces the Chicago Bears. Since joining the Commanders in Week 2, Seibert has missed just one attempt and has been perfect on all extra points. He has attempted at least two field goals in all but one game and attempted three or more in three games. Even though the Commanders may be without their QB1, the Washington offense looked just as potent with Marcus Mariota last weekend. As a result, Seibert should have ample opportunities to get on the scoresheet on Sunday afternoon and should be started in all formats with confidence.
