Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown still hasn't found the end zone since Week 6, but he did lead the team in receiving yards on Thursday night in the victory over the Washington Commanders. The superstar wideout ended the game with five receptions for 65 yards on eight targets. This was his second-lowest yardage total of the season so far, but he got into double-digit fantasy points in PPR formats. Unfortunately, for the receivers, Saquon Barkley took this game over on the ground. Brown will look ahead to some extra rest before the Week 12 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown will take on the division-rival Washington Commanders on Thursday night football in Week 11. The 27-year-old has failed to find the end zone since Week 7 but has averaged 92.2 receiving yards per game and has just one game with fewer than 80 yards receiving all year. This matchup is going to determine who ends up as the No. 1 seed in the NFC East heading into Week 12, and the Eagles will be looking Brown's way often to keep the pressure on a Washington defense that has started to turn things around over the past few weeks. The Commanders are a solid matchup, and recently acquired cornerback Marshawn Lattimore will not be making his Washington debut this week. Consider the Eagles star receiver a top-five option in Week 11.
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown hauled in five of seven targets for 109 yards in Sunday's 34-6 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Brown had receptions of 14, 18, 30, and 44 yards on the day as Philadelphia dismantled a Cooper Rush-led Cowboys squad. It's the third time in six outings this season that the Ole Miss alum has eclipsed the century mark, and he's recorded at least 84 yards in all but one contest. Ho-hum. He led the team in receiving by a wide margin, as no other Eagles pass-catcher notched more than 27 yards. Brown would have likely had an even more significant performance if the game were more competitive, but Philly benched their starters just minutes into the final frame. The team will line up for a second consecutive divisional clash this Thursday when they host the visiting Washington Commanders. The 27-year-old will again be a top-flight WR play.
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) is off the injury report and good to go for Sunday's divisional battle against the Dallas Cowboys. Brown left last weekend's game early with a knee injury and logged a limited practice session on Wednesday. However, he was then upgraded to full participation on Thursday and remained in the same status on Friday. During Weeks 6 through 8, Brown found the back of the end zone twice and averaged an impressive 96.3 yards and 19.0 PPR points per game during this stretch. Fantasy managers should lock the former Ole Miss product into their lineups as a high-end WR1 this weekend facing a Dallas defense who has allowed the 16th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts this season.
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) returned to a full practice on Thursday after he was listed as limited on Wednesday. Brown was considered day-to-day earlier this week after undergoing an MRI exam on Monday following a knee injury in the Week 9 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The fact that the 27-year-old is back to full practice is a good sign for his availability this Sunday against the division-rival Dallas Cowboys unless he suffers a setback. Brown is a must-start in fantasy lineups when he's active, but his ceiling could be higher if DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is limited or out this weekend. The three-time Pro Bowler has caught 23 of his 34 targets for 444 yards and three touchdowns in the five games he's played in this year, his third in Philly. The Cowboys secondary has been more vulnerable against opposing wideouts in recent weeks.
