Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (ankle) is officially active for Week 14 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He had been listed as questionable after logging a limited practice on Friday. Meyers has been heavily involved over the last two weeks, turning 26 targets into 16 catches for 218 yards during that span. A high-volume, high-production receiver, Meyers remains a solid low-end WR2 option for fantasy managers this week. Managers are able to start him with confidence as he continues to thrive in his No. 1 wide receiver role alongside star rookie tight end Brock Bowers.
Las Vegas Raiders running back Alexander Mattison (ankle) is a "long-shot" to play on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Running back Zamir White (quad) has already been ruled out, leaving Sincere McCormick and veteran journeyman Ameer Abdullah as the top options. Mattison has only 320 yards this season, which leads the team. At this stage of the season, a fantasy manager relying upon anybody in the Raiders' running game is asking for a bad time.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (ankle) is anticipated to play on Sunday versus the Bucs. The wideout didn't practice on Thursday because of an ankle issue. While he did practice in a limited capacity for Friday's session, it wasn't enough to avoid a questionable tag heading into Week 14. Meyers has played better than expected during the 2024-25 campaign, catching 59 passes for 676 yards and two touchdowns. Although the Raiders are officially eliminated from postseason contention, the team at least has a chance to close out the year as strongly as possible. With that in mind, Meyers has an advantageous matchup against a Tampa defense that has had trouble against opposing wideouts this season, making him a starting fantasy option.
Las Vegas Raiders running back Sincere McCormick has been given an opportunity in recent weeks to make noise in Vegas' backfield with both Alexander Mattison (ankle) and Zamir White (quadriceps) missing the last two contests. In losses to the Broncos and Chiefs, McCormick has seen 17 carries for 97 yards while catching two passes for one yard. White has already been ruled out for Week 14 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with Mattison listed as questionable. The 24-year-old has operated behind Ameer Abdullah in the No. 2 role, but the Raiders like the energy he brings to the offense, and he could continue to see more work this weekend if Mattison misses his third straight game. Fantasy managers desperate for a RB with six teams on bye in Week 14 could look McCormick's way as an RB3/flex, but it's probably only wise to do so if Mattison is inactive again on Sunday.
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker has a nice matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 14 and could see added targets with fellow receiver Jakobi Meyers expected to play through an ankle injury on Sunday. Tucker only had a season-low one target in the Week 13 loss to the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs, but he made the most of it, going for a 58-yard touchdown. The previous week against the Broncos, he caught seven of eight targets for 82 yards, his second-highest receiving total of the year. Tampa's secondary is vulnerable, as they've been a top-10 matchup for receivers in 2024 in terms of PPR points allowed per game. The 23-year-old has been tough to trust in fantasy, as he has three or fewer catches in nine of 12 games. However, he may be worth a dart throw WR4/flex play in deeper leagues this weekend with six teams on bye.
