Dallas Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey made his only field goal and one of his two extra point tries in a Wild Card Weekend loss to the Green Bay Packers. Aubrey had an excellent first NFL season, becoming one of the most reliable kickers in both fantasy and in real life. In this final Cowboys game of the season, Aubrey made a 34-yard field goal and one of his two extra point tries. He's likely to be one of the top kickers drafted in most fantasy leagues next season.
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Brandin Cooks made six catches in a Wild Card Weekend loss to the Green Bay Packers. Cooks was targeted eight times, making six catches for 47 scoreless yards. Cooks had a very up-and-down season, as the Cowboys offense mostly ran through CeeDee Lamb and Jake Ferguson. Offseason moves will play a huge role on what Cooks' fantasy value will be in 2024, although he's likely to fall into another boom-or-bust situation no matter what.
Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson scored three times in a Wild Card Weekend loss to the Green Bay Packers. Ferguson was targeted 12 times, making 10 catches for 93 yards and scoring three times. His touchdowns came from 1, 7, and 14 yards out, but it wasn't enough for the Cowboys to make it past the first week of the playoffs. Ferguson turned into a high-floor TE1 this season, and barring unexpected changes on the Dallas offense, he should once again fill that role next season.
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb gained over 100 yards again in a playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers. Lamb was targeted 17 times in the game, making nine catches for 110 yards, including a long gain of 47 yards. It was a rare game where Lamb did not catch a touchdown, but he was once again able to make it over 100 yards. Lamb was consistently a top-five option at his position this season and should be right up there in those ranks next season as one of the first players drafted in almost all formats.
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott piled up yards in a Wild Card Weekend loss to the Green Bay Packers. Prescott attempted 60 passes, completing 41 of them for 403 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions. He took four sacks, losing 16 yards, and picked up 45 yards on the ground on six rush attempts. Prescott was solid all season, but this was a game where his fantasy numbers looked a whole lot better than his performance on the field. Despite the three touchdowns and the 403 yards, he ended up with a QBR of just 43.3. The Cowboys certainly have a lot of questions to answer before next season, but Prescott's job as QB1 is safe.
