At the time of his departure, he had caught one pass for 14 yards. The 29-year-old has recently emerged as one of the Chargers' top weapons, commanding 33 targets over his last four games. Donald Parham Jr. will step up as the top tight end for Los Angeles until Everett is able to return.

Philadelphia Eagles running back D'Andre Swift (illness) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the New York Giants. Swift had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity on Friday, but he found himself trending in the wrong direction ahead of kickoff. With Swift sidelined, Kenneth Gainwell is in line to operate as the Eagles' lead running back. Notably, he's averaging 4.3 catches in games where he plays at least 50 percent of offensive snaps. Therefore, he's a solid RB3 option in most fantasy leagues, especially PPR formats. Boston Scott and Rashaad Penny could also earn some opportunities out of the backfield on Sunday.

The 24-year-old was active last week, too, but essentially occupied a decoy role, playing 18 percent of offensive snaps while failing to command a target. A similar scenario is unlikely this weekend. Instead, Kmet should have a full workload, putting him in the TE1 tier for fantasy purposes.
