Portland Trail Blazers guard/forward Matisse Thybulle (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's meeting with New Orleans. The defensive specialist comes out of the lineup for just the second time in 28 games. Thybulle has averaged nearly 25 minutes per game for the month, meaning there will be a nice chunk of minutes to be shared around the rest of the bench. This could be a good matchup for Portland's second unit, as the Pelicans have a tendency to give up plenty of bench points, with only 11 teams allowing more across the season.
Portland Trail Blazers forward Matisse Thybulle (ankle) is listed as questionable ahead of Saturday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans. The Blazers are seemingly banged up everywhere ahead of this matchup. Thybulle hasn't been a great scoring option for them, but he has been a reliable defensive player. His absence would probably mean more minutes for Rayan Rupert (ankle) or Jabari Walker (hip) but both are uncertain coming into this game. Fantasy managers will have to check back for another update on Saturday.
Portland Trail Blazers guard/forward Matisse Thybulle (hip) won't play on Monday versus Minnesota. He's been forced out of the lineup by a sore left hip. Thybulle, who turned 27 on Monday, will miss only his third game of the season. With Deandre Ayton (hand), Jerami Grant (quadriceps), and Toumani Camara (illness) also ruled out for Monday, we're about to see a lot of unusual lineups by Portland, with Anfernee Simons the only remaining regular starter left standing.
Portland Trail Blazers guard Matisse Thybulle (hip) has drawn a questionable tag for Monday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The defensive specialist has only missed two games all season, but he's dealing with hip soreness right now which could potentially knock him out of a third game. He hasn't been the best fantasy asset despite getting regular minutes on a rebuilding Blazers squad. If he's unable to suit up, there will be more opportunities for Ashton Hagans, Jabari Walker, and Dalano Banton off of the bench. The former two would be the better streaming options after receiving north of 25 minutes each in the last couple of games.
Portland Trail Blazers forward Matisse Thybulle (ankle) does not appear on the injury report ahead of Friday's game against the Indiana Pacers. This is good news after Thybulle was forced to exit during the fourth quarter of Wednesday's game. The team was calling the issue a left ankle sprain, but it doesn't appear to be something that is going to hold him out of action. Thybulle should be good to go, but hasn't done enough to warrant rostering in most fantasy formats right now.
