Orlando Magic forward Paolo Banchero (illness) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's matchup against Brooklyn. He missed his first game of the season on Sunday against Atlanta with an illness and hasn't apparently fully recovered yet. Goga Bitadze started in Banchero's spot at the weekend but didn't do a lot, and he will be a risky streaming choice on Tuesday if Banchero remains out.
Orlando Magic forward Jonathan Isaac (knee) was forced to leave Sunday's game against the Atlanta Hawks in the first quarter due to a knee injury. The team took some x-rays which came back negative, so they diagnosed him with a left knee strain. Isaac will still undergo an MRI which should give a better picture of the injury and reveal if he'll need to miss extended time. He's had a history of some bad knee injuries throughout his career and has missed two full seasons due to ACL tears. Hopefully, there will be good news to come out of the MRI, but if he does have to miss more time, Caleb Houstan should receive extra opportunities.
Denver Nuggets guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (finger) has been upgraded to probable ahead of Friday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. This is good news after Caldwell-Pope was considered questionable earlier in the day due to a right finger sprain. The Nuggets are shorthanded, so Caldwell-Pope could see an increased role on Friday. However, Christian Braun and Justin Holiday should remain in the mix as well, so Caldwell-Pope has a limited ceiling on Friday.
Denver Nuggets wing Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (finger) is officially listed as questionable for Friday's matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers. The 31-year-old departed Thursday's game for Denver after a 15-minute stint, but the extent of his injury remains uncertain. With Jamal Murray (leg) sidelined, players like Reggie Jackson, Christian Braun, and Justin Holiday could see extended minutes. Caldwell-Pope has been averaging 9.8 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 31.6 minutes per game this season.
Orlando Magic forward Paolo Banchero has been added to the injury report ahead of Thursday's matchup against Cleveland, with the team listing him as questionable with an illness. Banchero will be out for the first time this season if he misses Thursday's action. Moritz Wagner or Jonathan Isaac could replace him in the starting unit. Wagner is definitely the safer option for fantasy managers, as he's been posting good per-minute numbers all season.
