Boston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (knee) won't play on Sunday against the Wizards. Holiday has been banged up all year. With that in mind, the C's need him as healthy as possible for the playoffs, so he'll sit out on Sunday. The C's also won't have Jayson Tatum, Kristaps Porzingis, Al Horford, Jaylen Brown, and Derrick White (ankle). As a result, Payton Pritchard, coming off a double-double in Friday's win over the Charlotte Hornets, is a lock for all DFS contests.
Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown won't play on Sunday against the Wizards. The Celtics claimed the No. 1 spot in the Eastern Conference by a mile, so the team can afford to give Brown the afternoon off to rest in preparation for the postseason. With Jayson Tatum, Al Horford, Kristaps Porzingis, Derrick White (ankle), and Jrue Holiday (knee) also sitting this one out, Payton Pritchard, coming off an impressive 31-point, 11-assist effort in Friday's win over Charlotte, will be a lock for DFS managers. At the same time, Luke Kornet, Sam Hauser, and Neemias Queta deserve attention.
Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum (rest) will not play against the Washington Wizards on Sunday. The team will have the 26-year-old rest with the playoffs coming up. Boston will have all of its top six guys out, meaning many open minutes for the rest of the crew. Sam Hauser and Oshae Brissett will be the players benefiting from Tatum's absence.
Boston Celtics forward/center Kristaps Porzingis (rest) will miss Sunday's season finale against the Washington Wizards. The Celtics are resting several key players to keep them fresh for the playoffs, which are just around the corner. Xavier Tillman Sr. and Luke Kornet could capitalize on the absence of key frontcourt players. With the stage set for them to perform well, they have a prime opportunity to excel against Washington, one of the worst teams in the NBA.
Boston Celtics guard Derrick White (ankle) is out for Sunday's season finale with the Washington Wizards. Fantasy managers should expect the 29-year-old to be available for the playoffs. The entire Celtics starting five is unavailable, plus Al Horford (toe) has been ruled out. Payton Pritchard will run the backcourt for now, while Jaden Springer and Svi Mykhailiuk will see more time on the court.
