The organization was hopeful that Reynolds would only miss one game after having a minor finger surgery. Clearly that wasn't the case as Reynolds will now sit out the next four weeks. The absence of Reynolds should mean more playing time for Lil' Jordan Humphrey, Marvin Mims Jr. and Troy Franklin. Between the trio, Humphrey has the biggest upside after a 48-yard performance last week.

With Reynolds sidelined now, look for Lil'Jordan Humphrey, Marvin Mims Jr. and rookie Troy Franklin to have more chances for targets behind WR1 Courtland Sutton. We wouldn't recommend any of Humphrey, Mims or Franklin as streaming options against a tough LA defense.

During the team's three-game winning streak, Reynolds only has three catches on six targets for 45 yards, although he did find the end zone for the first time this year in the Week 5 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Reynolds belongs on the waiver wire in most formats.

Reynolds caught one of those two targets for a nine-yard touchdown reception, his first score of the 2024 season. The 29-year-old pass-catcher entered the Week 4 upset win over the New York Jets leading the team in receiving yards, but he's caught just one pass on four targets for the nine-yard touchdown the last two games. It was especially disappointing that he didn't do much as the team scored a season-high 34 points. Courtland Sutton will continue to be the unquestioned top target for Nix, and Denver's offense to this point hasn't been explosive enough to sustain more than one wideout for fantasy purposes. Reynolds belongs on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues heading into Week 6 against the Chargers.

Reynolds surprisingly entered the Week 4 tilt against the New York Jets leading the team in receiving yards after three weeks, but he proceeded to put up a donut last Sunday with no catches on only two targets in the 10-9 upset win. Conditions should be more favorable against a softer Raiders defense this weekend, but Reynolds belongs on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues as the WR2 in one of the weakest offenses in the NFL. At best, he's a volatile WR4/flex for those desperate in deeper formats. Reynolds has 11 catches on 17 targets for 174 yards and no touchdowns through four games, placing him outside the top-50 wideouts in half-PPR scoring.
