Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp did not produce much in the team's 24-23 wildcard loss to the Detroit Lions. Kupp caught five of his nine targets for just 27 yards. In his final game of the season, he finished with the sixth-most receiving yards on the team and did not end on a strong note. It has been clear that rookie WR Puka Nacua has overtaken Kupp as the team's number one receiver and that should be expected to remain going forward. Consider the former All-Pro as a high-end WR2 in fantasy drafts next season.
Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams (hand) was not very productive in the team's 24-23 Wild-Card loss to the Detroit Lions. He left Sunday's loss to the Lions in the fourth quarter with a hand injury and did not return. Williams rushed the ball 13 times for 61 yards on the ground while catching his lone target for nine yards before exiting. This workload was surprising, considering he has had at least 20 touches in seven straight games before this one. Williams took over the three-down role early on in the season and has not looked back. Assuming the team does not add any significant backs in the offseason, the 23-year-old should be considered in the first two rounds of fantasy drafts next season.
Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford could not come out on top in the team's Wild-Card loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Stafford completed 25 of his 36 pass attempts for 367 yards and two touchdowns. Despite him shredding Detroit's defense, the Rams could not come out on top. Stafford ended the year on a strong note and surprised many people with his performance this season. Heading into next season, the veteran QB should be considered as a low-end QB1 and will be a solid option late in fantasy drafts.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua dominated in the team's 24-23 wildcard loss to the Detroit Lions. Nacua caught nine of his 10 targets for 181 receiving yards and a 50-yard first-half touchdown. He also rushed the ball once for a loss of two yards. The 5th-round rookie set yet another record as he finished with the most receiving by a rookie WR in a playoff game. Despite his season coming to an end, Nacua continued to prove himself as one of the most dangerous receivers in all of football. Heading into next season, fantasy players should consider him in the first three rounds of drafts and ahead of Cooper Kupp.
Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee (shoulder) is officially good to go for Sunday's postseason clash with the Detroit Lions. The veteran dislocated his shoulder in Week 17 and didn't suit up for the season finale versus the San Francisco 49ers. There were some doubts he would be available. But he logged three limited practice sessions ahead of this one, so he's healthy enough to get on the field. Without question, the injury could severely impact Higbee's play on the field. However, his DFS rostering cost on Sunday is a bargain, meaning he deserves consideration from those looking for a value opportunity.
